Shipping, privacy and store policies

Order processing

 

Orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch through the contact form in the contact section of the website, or alternatively at laurenreptoncreates@gmail.com. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.

 

Domestic and International Shipping Rates

 

THERE IS NO SHIPPING CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, this is due to the astronomical price to have it shipped, as I look into reliable alternatives, this will change. FREE LOCAL PICKUP IN PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA IS AVAILABLE FOR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS. If you absolutely love a piece and would like it to be shipped, please get in touch and I'll see what I can arrange. I will get in contact with you after purchase to arrange pick up. Please get in touch if you have any questions around this.

AUSTRALIA | All items are sent tracked via Australia Post. For earrings there is a flat shipping rate of $10, for giclee prints there is a flat shipping rate of $20. The shipping price will cap at $20 total for these items. Postage time frames may vary depending on your location and public holidays within Australia. Please refer to the Australia Post website for an update on any expected delays. 

NEW ZEALAND AND INTERNATIONAL | All items are sent internationally via Australia Post. For earrings there is a flat shipping rate of $20, for giclee prints there is a flat shipping rate of $40. The shipping price will cap at $40 total for these items. Postage time frames may vary depending on your location and public holidays within Australia and New Zealand. Please refer to the Australia Post website for an update on any expected delays. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs charges or delays in shipping. 

I cannot be held responsible for any lost packages so please double check you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout! If a tracked package is showing as "delivered" but you are unable to locate it please reach out to Australia Post in the first instance. If you have no luck with an enquiry through them please let me know and I'll do my best from my end to get a response from them. 

If you have made multiple purchases and want to combine the postage please use the discount code COMBINE at checkout on your additional order/s. We will then package them up together and send them out in one parcel. 

Payment Methods

 

Payment is accepted through Stripe and Paypal. Both are simple and secure methods of payment.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Shipping information can be accessed at auspost.com.au/shipping

Gifting a Purchase

If you have purchased an item as a gift for someone special in your life and would like it sent directly to them please ensure the correct shipping address is entered and leave a note at checkout that your item is a gift. I will package it up beautifully and post it to them.

 

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept a return based on change of mind however, if your item arrives damaged, I will replace it upon return of the damaged item. Please take a photo of the damaged product as well as a photo of the outer and inner packaging and immediately contact us. Further information will then be provided on where and how to return the damaged goods. All accessories are handmade and therefore some small imperfections may occur such as very small bubbles in the clay, slight variances in colour, small marks that do not affect the functionality of the piece or overall aesthetic. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of these small imperfections. 


If your clay accessories break within the first two weeks of receiving them due to a design flaw, I will be more than happy to replace them with another pair (if available) or a similar style of the same value, or provide a full refund (excluding postage costs). 


If you’re unhappy with your product for any other reason please let me know within 5 days of receiving it by contacting us so that we can try and rectify the issue. Refunds or exchanges will not be given after 5 days of receipt of an item. 


Please reach out to me via my contact page before returning any items to Lauren Repton Creates. Note that the cost to return an item is the responsibility of the buyer and delivery confirmation must be provided to us.

 

Supporting Small Business

Thank you for supporting a locally owned and run small business. Supporting local is so important, the majority of my embellishments, all of my printing, giclee prints, packaging, marketing materials, clay, paint and other materials are sourced from either local or domestic Australian owned and run small businesses.
